RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY

A. RETURN POLICY

1. Return period (only applicable once for each order)

+ For clothing and accessories, the exchange period is within 14 days from the date the customer receives the product.


2. Return conditions

+ Product must have invoice (for orders purchased directly at the store), tag intact, product must be in unused condition.

+ The exchanged product must have equal or higher value than the returned product (Customers will compensate the difference for the higher priced product, for the exchanged product with a lower price, the difference will not be refunded)

+ For Sale products ,

- Products with a sale price < 30%: if customers want to change to another product, the price on the official website at the time of exchange will be applied to the new product. If there is a price difference, please pay the difference. and delivery fees incurred.

- Products with sale price30%: no return policy applies (except product defects, delivery errors)

Direct return

+ Exchange directly at DOUBLE BAD's store system

+ Or directly at DOUBLE BAD's office address: 148 Nguyen Huu Dat (warehouse No. 3), Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City (please contact via Facebook / Direct Instagram first for the staff Please check and provide instructions on how to send the goods). After receiving the goods, BAD will contact you and inspect the product according to product exchange regulations (this process takes about 2 - 5 days).

4. Return costs

+ For orders to change size or sample (not a manufacturing error), customers please pay the two-way delivery fee themselves.

+ For return orders due to manufacturing errors or wrong delivery, BAD will bear the two-way delivery fee for you.


5. Returns and exchanges are not applicable in the following cases
+ The product is damaged by external factors other than the production side

+ Invoice lost, tag removed or return deadline has passed.


B. WARRANTY POLICY

1. For t-shirt products with printed images

+ BAD receives a 6-month product warranty, in case the printed image peels/cracks; The print is discolored; The print is not the same as the sample; …

2. For backpacks, handbags, shoes, sandals, hats

+ BAD receives a 3-month product warranty, in case the product has faulty zippers, broken straps, etc. And other cases that DOUBLE BAD is capable of repairing.

3. Warranty period

+ The time for BAD to return the product after warranty to the customer will be 2-3 weeks after BAD receives the product from you and depends on the product condition.

4. Warranty does not apply to the following cases

+ Errors due to improper use such as: overloading compared to the product's capacity, load-bearing capacity, and size, causing the product to change too much from its original shape.

+ Errors due to improper storage such as: using strong detergents to wash and causing color fading, exposing to the sun for too long causing damage to the product...

+ The product is damaged due to external impacts, deformation, tearing, mold, fire or damage by the user.

+ Used products are dirty and have been repaired by the user.

+ The product has exceeded its warranty period.
